2016 was a difficult year at Allenvale. The job was alot more than I thought and it ended with me successfully winning the position at Hornby High as HOD Learning Support. During my time at Allenvale I wanted to spend time looking at my personality and what it was that I could learn from the experience. The concerning areas that were raised by Graeme had been touched on in my job as an RTLB. It was something that I made nothing of so when I left the RTLB job and won the DP role at Allenvale it was not raised again. It wasn't until the end of my time at Allenvale that some of these concerns were highlighted It was helpful to know that I was an ISFP. That my dominant function is based on my feelings, that I shy away from the limelight,

In the Enniagram I learnt that I was a type 9 (Peacemaker). The Easygoing, self efficacy type, receptive, reassuring agreeable, complacent.
